Helen Doron Ltd. Announces the Winners of Global Photo Contest

Helen Doron Early English sponsored an international photo competition, on the theme of “Magic Moments”, amongst its 633 Learning Centre Franchises in 30 countries.

The Helen Doron Educational Group, international leader in educational programs for children, has announced the final 12 winners in the Magic Moments Photo Contest. Each of the Learning Centres, totaling 633 throughout the world, was invited to participate, with the 10 winning entries receiving an award of 100€. In addition, the winning photos will be published worldwide by the Learning Centre Master Franchisors.

The judges of the competition were Helen Doron – CEO, Anne Gordon – VP Customer Business Development and Yael Furman-Ayalon – Marketing Manager. Points were given based on four main criteria that guided the prize committee’s decision. These guidelines included: how the photograph reflected the spirit of Helen Doron Early English, composition of the important elements of the Helen Doron Early English corporate identity, general impression of the photo and image resolution. Most central to the competition’s theme was capturing the “magic moments” which define the unique atmosphere that characterizes all of the Helen Doron English programmes.

The countries that currently have Helen Doron Early English Learning Centres include: Austria,Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldavia, Mexico, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia,  Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey and Ukraine. There are more joining all the time, as business people in the educational realm globally become aware of the need and the opportunity.

“It was difficult to make a decision as there were so many excellent entries and such creativity was displayed”, commented Anne Gordon, VP Business Development. “The Helen Doron Early English spirit of fun and joy in learning was demonstrated in so many interesting and unique ways in so many of the entries, that we decided to choose 12 winners although when we started, we  intended to only have 10.  Due to the success of this contest, we plan on sponsoring more on a regular basis to encourage all of our worldwide Learning Centres to stand up and be noticed.”
